Acura is the luxury vehicle division of Honda. Acura is primarily considered as a worthy competitor of other luxury automakers such as Lexus, Infiniti and BMW - among others. The Acura brand has been used in the United States and Canada since March of 1986 to market Honda's performance and near-performance vehicles.
As the year 2000 came about, Acura dedicated itself to completely re-doing their product lineup. In 2001, Acura introduced an all-new SUV which they called the MDX. Designed by Acura’s in-house product team, the MDX SUV focused on introducing new features that were intended on making families more interested in their offerings. A third row seating option was a popular option.
In 2002, Acura introduced their replacement for the Integra, which was called the RSX sport coupe.
The TSX entry-level sport sedan was introduced to the public in 2004, which was the year that Acura also brought out a completely-redesigned TL midsized sedan. The RL luxury sedan, Acura’s largest vehicle, was redesigned and released in 2005.
Acura has consistently produced high-quality vehicles, many of which can be seen for sale in the Cincinnati area.
